Mike are you or your Seitan's wives gamers? I could see if my wife wants to attend as well. She is not into gaming and I don't want her to feel singled out.

Mine is definitely not a gamer. I get her to hop into littlebigplanet occasionally with me, but that's under deep encouragement.

Pokey's lady is going to be there too, and I think she's not much of a gamer either

My wife plays WoW primarily, but if she finds a puzzle game @ Arcade UFO, she'll be gone and playing it while we're playing SF and the like.

Damn... I saw this too late. That's the day after my anniversary, so a trip to Austin to play games may not be in the cards.

the meetup may have to be moved, and here's why:

Today I was issued a speeding citation coming to visit my mother, turns out I was doing 63 in a 50 without really noticing and I'm not looking forward to the fine and court costs, which I'm expecting to be $500 or more. Given my disability payments once a month, that's gonna wipe me outta everything, including buying games for a good two months, at least if not more until my student loans kick in mid-October. I've already used my defensive driving card earlier this year when I was involved in a accident.

If someone wants to take the lead and plan everything out without me from here on out, by all means go ahead. I will not be able to visit Austin until at least October 10th, if not later. I want this to succeed, but I cannot attend the date that I set up now that this has happened.

I think we should wait for Mike... If we need it pushed back may I suggest the weekend of Nov 11-13. There's a huge comic convention hosted by Wizard. Just a suggestion for a meet up spot.

She got all the Flower trophies and is pretty much done with gaming for this generation. Lol. Although, she will play with me every now and again.

I think we should wait for Mike. It would be a jerk move to hold the meetup on a day that he can't make it. Plus, this opens the door for SuperGayParade to show up.

If everyone else is okay with November 13th, I am as well.
