Re: Midwest Gaming Classic 2011: 10th Anniversary Show
A little goat bird tells me that our first Midwest Gaming Classic 2011 announcements may begin in the next few days to a week. Something about a pretty interesting partnership among other interesting bits... Stay tuned.
Later.

Hey DHG, I just noticed when looking on the MGC site that the 2010 Write-up is a duplicate of the 2009 writeup. Is it just a placeholder?

Probably... I actually have nothing to do with the MGC website. That is primarily Gary and Dan's baby.
I do know they are on a tight schedule right now getting the website up to date before they announce something pretty cool I believe this weekend...

Were people still able to drink freely in the hallways at this new location like I was able to at the old resort venue place?

You could drink anywhere... I know I picked up a lot of cups in the museum area, hehe.

Re: Midwest Gaming Classic 2011: 10th Anniversary Show
"It has been just over four months since the 2010 Midwest Gaming Classic ended, and planning for the 10th Anniversary show has been underway since... and, with so much that is being improved, upgraded and expanded for the 10th Anniversary, announcements for the 2011 show are going to begin in earnest during the month of August.
Not just will the month of August reveal some great details about the show itself, but the Midwest Gaming Classic team is teaming up with other local events that gamers and industry members of all types and tastes will really enjoy! Whisk away those non-Midwest Gaming Classic time of years blues by doing some of the great gamer events around the area and get great deals on them from the Midwest Gaming Classic!
Keep checking back at midwestgamingclassic.com during the months leading up to the show, as August marks the kickoff and countdown toward the largest and best all-encompassing electronic gaming trade show that Milwaukee has ever seen, and we can't wait to tell you just what 2011 will bring!"
