The city for the meetup will be picked by the end of March for certain, with the actual location being picked a day or two after. The meetup will be the first week of April (more than likely) or May (less likely).

So, I decided that Austin is out for the meetup. So, I'll be making more phone calls between the two places in Dallas and Houston.

The places I've decided for the meetup are:

Dallas - Gameworks @ Grapevine Mills Mall
Houston - Planet Zero Amusement Center (a really nice Japanese arcade located on Westheimer downtown).

Also, the date has been officially set for April 3rd for either location.
