Here's a update if you don't follow my twitter account:

The date has been moved due to logistical and money problems on my part. Tentative date is now May 4th in Grapevine (Dallas suburb) at Gameworks.

We'll probably meet up for a happy hour type of thing from 7pm until 9 or 10.

Another possibility that's being looked at is scrapping the get together until mid-August to allow people to get time off of work and allow people from Houston and Austin to come to the get together. I'll make the final call at 3:30pm tomorrow to keep the date or scrap it for the time being.

Update 6/17 - I have 100% confirmed the location of the meetup this time, it's hard-locked and will not change at all. Here's the new info:

Date: September 4th, 2010 @ 12 noon
Location: Arcade UFO in Austin, TX (click the link to get the address)

I will be adding this information to the first post shortly. Also, we may do other things dependent on turnout and interest.
